Before and After School (BAS) Club

BAS is moving online!

• New Online System: From next term, all wraparound care bookings will be made through Arbor. Bookings for next half term will be available from Wednesday at 7pm inline with activity club bookings. For emergency sessions, please contact the school office and we will add your child.
• Access: You will be able to log in with your existing Arbor parent account and book sessions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Booking will close 24 hours before the session and cancellations after this point will need to be done through the office and will be chargeable.
• Booking Period: You will be able to book wraparound care for the whole year, ensuring you have the flexibility to plan around your schedule. However, please see the payment terms below. We continue to expect to be able to accommodate all our booking requests.
• Payment: Payments will also be processed through the system and payment terms will be 30 days. Payment terms will still be 30 days if multiple months are booked at once. We recommend that bookings are made no more than for the following half term, to be able to be booked alongside activity clubs afterschool.
• Childcare Vouchers - Parents/Carers can still pay using Childcare Vouchers. As these arrive in our bank account, a top up amount will be put on your child's arbor account and the balance can then be used to pay for the wraparound care. Please advice the office if you intend to pay using childcare vouchers so we can look out for the funds arriving.
