Here is the teaching timetable for Willow Class for this half term:
This half term in English, we will be studying ‘On The Origin Of Species’ by Sabina Radev.
This is a revised version of the original book by Charles Darwin published in 1859. The stunning pictures within will bring the theory of evolution to life for our learners! Thanks to the Broadbent family for donating this book to our school library.
In history, we will find out why the Victorian age was known as the Age of Reform due to the work of William Wilberforce, Millicent Fawcett and also what is meant by ‘suffrage’ though the work of William Cuffay (Universal Suffrage) and Emmeline Pankhurst (Women’s Suffrage)
We will also be attending a residential trip away on the week beginning 13 March.
