Wellbeing Toolkit
We have developed a Wellbeing Toolkit which supports our children to develop the skills needed to support their own mental health and wellbeing. We encourage pupils to reflect on what they need to make them feel good. We teach them:
- To understand how much time outside/ talking with friends/ playing sport or engaged in hobbies they need.
- Mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques.
This toolkit develops with your child and it is something you can also use at home, to support conversations about wellbeing.
