Miss McNamara's Message
It has been another fantastic and eventful week at Coppice Valley!
Firstly, a huge thank you to all the parents and carers who attended our Parents’ Evenings this week. These meetings are such a valuable opportunity to discuss your child’s progress, celebrate their achievements, and work together to support their learning. We appreciate your time and partnership in their education.
Our Walk to School Day was a great success, made even more special by a visit from Peter Rabbit! It was wonderful to see so many children embracing the challenge of walking, scooting, or cycling to school. Not only does it promote healthy habits, but it also encourages independence and environmental awareness. The Easter egg hunt at the front of school was a huge success with 3 winners being picked from a raffle by Peter Rabbit in assembly this morning. Thank you to everyone who took part!
This week, I also had the privilege of attending an art event at our Trust offices, where artwork from across the schools was on display. The talent and creativity on show were inspiring, with the work displayed being from Rossett pupils. It was wonderful to see how pupils’ artistic skills develop over time, especially to think that some of our own children may go on to create such fantastic work in the future.
Finally, our Year 5&6 pupils had a brilliant time taking part in dance taster sessions. There was so much energy, enthusiasm from both children and staff!
As always, thank you for your continued support. Wishing you all a lovely weekend.
