Miss McNamara's Message

It has been another fabulous week at Coppice Valley! This week we took all our KS1 and KS2 pupils to the panto – oh yes we did! It was absolutely brilliant, and the children (and staff) were fantastic throughout, from leaving school to arriving back. It is wonderful that all our pupils get to enjoy this annual experience. One of our governors even drove past us on our walk and phoned school to say how smart everyone looked and how impressed she was! We have already booked next year’s panto – Sleeping Beauty.

Our Forest School Rangers have also been busy this week, creating their fairy doors for the nature area advent calendar. Throughout December, all children will be able to follow a fairy door trail in our nature area, and you can see it coming to life over on our Facebook page. A huge thank you to Mrs Brook, Mrs Riley and our Forest School Ranger parent, Mrs Peak, for making this magical project happen.

Next week, Christmas will be in full swing and we are very much looking forward to our festive crafternoons!

🎄 Christmas Jumper Swap in The Hub!

Get festive and sustainable this season! Bring along any old Christmas jumpers you no longer need and swap them for something new-to-you.

Lost Property Reminder

We’re sorting through lost property!

• Named items will be returned to their owners.
• Unnamed items will be placed in The Hub for collection and if not collected, added to the pre-loved section.

Please check labels on all belongings, if named have faded, please refresh them to help us reunite items quickly. 

Christmas Jumper Dates

Christmas Jumpers can be worn on the following days.

• Crafternoon Day
• Christmas Market Visits (if attending)
• All pupils on Christmas Dinner Day
• All pupils on Monday 15 December
• All pupils on the last day of term!
