We’ve only 2 weeks left to go before the end of the school year! On Thursday we were joined by Nick and Ben from Your Harrogate and Erin from Thirsk Racecourse in assembly. They told us about a drawing competition to create the cover for a race card for family day at Thirsk races. Your child should be bringing home a flier about it. The prizes for the winning entry are Lightwater Valley tickets, Thirsk race tickets and afternoon tea.
We have our final Family Breakfast on Tuesday 11th July, 8.15am – 8.45am.
Please come along for a free breakfast. PCSO Martin Powell will be joining us too, if you’ve any questions for him.
Also on Tuesday 11th July, we have part 2 of our Anxiety workshop for parents supporting children with their anxiety. The workshop is from 6pm -7pm. This week’s session is about practical strategies to support an anxious child.
Wednesday 12th July is our Move Up day, when children will spend time in their next class with their new teachers.
