Of course, this week's highlight has been World Book Day! The costumes were very inventive and it was such fun guessing which word everyone was dressed as. There was no denying that Mrs Fineran was sparkly!

This week we had the English Hub in school for a day to observe our phonics lessons and reading groups across Oak, Beech and Ash class.

We have had a lovely first week back at school with a highlight being the Young Voices concert which our children attended in Sheffield on Wednesday. Snow prevented us going before the half term, but we were really lucky to be able to re-book onto another performance.

This week we want to say thank you to all of our parents and carers for helping the school run smoothly on Thursday, whilst collection arrangements changed for the snow.
