This week, we held our online safety and social media parent workshop, which proved to be an eye-opening session about the very real dangers children face online today.
In just six weeks, we have celebrated World Book Day, enjoyed teachers reading to pupils after school in their pyjamas, welcomed Peter Rabbit on Walk to School Day, hosted a Pupil Voice Conference, planted over 800 trees on our site, hosted in a girls' football kick-about, had a Year 1&2 sleepover and so much more.
It has been another fantastic and eventful week at Coppice Valley!
Firstly, a huge thank you to all the parents and carers who attended our Parents’ Evenings this week. These meetings are such a valuable opportunity to discuss your child’s progress, celebrate their achievements, and work together to support their learning. We appreciate your time and partnership in their education.
What a fantastic week of learning we’ve had! Our pupils have been full of energy and enthusiasm, especially in our dance taster sessions, where they’ve been showcasing their rhythm and creativity.
We have welcomed a quieter week here at Coppice Valley, compared to last week! It has been our spring term Assessment Week, where our pupils have been both demonstrating and celebrating their learning progress. We are incredibly proud of their hard work and positive attitudes.
What an incredibly busy and exciting week it has been at Coppice Valley. There has been so much going on, it has been hard to keep up! It has been great to see our pupils embracing all the opportunities on offer at our school.
