Our School
I have been a Teaching Assistant since 2010 and, throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work across every year group at least twice.
In 2024, I qualified as a Forest School Leader, and I now have the pleasure of leading Forest School sessions at Coppice Valley with pupils from Year 2 to Year 6. I absolutely love Forest School because it gives children the opportunity to learn and develop in a different environment, building resilience, confidence, independence, and problem-solving skills along the way. I love being outdoors in all weathers and enjoy seeing children embrace the outdoors, take on new challenges, and learn from the natural world around them. Forest School also gives me a wonderful opportunity to get to know pupils in a different way, seeing their individual strengths, personalities and interests shine through.
In my spare time, you will usually find me outdoors with my own two children, exploring, getting muddy and enjoying our own little adventures together!
